Big In Japan

One of the best comedy shows you'll ever see. Big In Japan comprises the Impatient Theatre Co.'s best and brightest improvisers. Veteran's of improv comedy, this group has been featured at and headlined more improv and comedy festivals throughout North America than any other improv group in Canada. Formed in December 2005, their rapid escalation to the top of the Toronto improv scene has been nothing short of phenomenal, with its members being among the most sought after in the Toronto improv scene.

Munchausen

Based on true stories. For a highly customized and personal experience, allow us to bring your company's war stories to life. You and your staff can tell stories from the trenches and we'll support and roast the stories by taking the comic elements to Olympic heights in a series of rapid-fire and hilarious improv scenes that eventually interconnect and smash together like two Hydrogen atoms driving Ferraris, or not.

The Bat

A comedy experience unlike any other. Performed in complete darkness, the cast of The Bat creates an auditory world that is the equivalent of aural sex. Based on a single audience suggestion, the cast creates characters and worlds that come to life through your imagination. Audiences and critics have raved about this show, and now your campus or company can, too. Having brought this form to Toronto in 2002, The Bat has been a staple of the ITC since our beginnings and we know how to make you laugh, even with all the lights off.

Minority Reports

Our performers come from all walks of life. Young, old, fat, skinny, and many that look like your average white dude. Fortunately for you, many of the people in our company come from a variety of cultural backgrounds ranging from Mexican to Jewish to Asian and Indian, from Jamaica, the Philipines, and even Britain (those are mostly white dudes, though). Looking for an all-queer cast? Fierce! We can assemble a cast of culturally diverse comedians to put together an improv or variety show to fit your needs. Just ask us.
