Starting out as co-founder of the German Improv Troupe "FALSCHER HASE" Philipp gained first Improv stage experience through performances in and around Frankfurt am Main(Germany) after playing classical theatre for about 3 years. While watching Colin Mochrie and Ryan Styles in "Who's line is it anyway?" and the Canadian Team winning the first international Improv Worldcup in 2006 he decided that Canada is the place to go to learn advanced Improvisation.
Philipp attended Workshops with Steven Sim(Crumbs), Kevin Gillese and Arlen Konopaki(Scratch), Derek Flores(Loose Moose), Bill Arnett(i.O.), Joe Bill and Mark Sutton(annoyance) and just spend his last money on an amazing weekend with Armando Diaz(Magnet). Now he's training with the Impatient Theatre Company under Kevin Patrick Robbins and enjoys the diverse Improv scene in Toronto.
