Corey Anderies is originally from Colorado and has been improvising for 6 years. In high school, he performed with his improv team and directed them his last two years in school until his graduation.
In August 2006, Corey moved to Toronto for the Comedy Program at Humber College and a month later enrolled in Impatient Theatre Co. and The Second City training centers.
He has studied extensively with ITC, finishing their entire improv training program as well as back-to-back years training with visiting instructors as part of ITC's Summer Intensives. This year he had the opportunity to go to chicago and learn directly from improv olympic. He has performed on ITC harold teams for 4 years.
Corey has had the honor to learn from instructors such as Susan Messing, Ian Roberts, Matt Besser, Charna Halpern, T.J. Jagadowski, Dave Pasquesi, Kerstin Caldwell, Kevin Patrick Robbins, Mark Sutton, Cary Barrett, Craig Cackowski, Curtis Gwinn, Zach Ward, Joe Bill, Bill Arnett, Craig Uhlir, Kristy Bonstell, Lindsay Hailey and Porter Mason.
When he's not improvising, he can be found doing film and music. He also likes to edit and produce music and film and combine his comedic skills. He just loves to make people laugh. Isn't that special??
