This course focuses on advancing the two-person scene and furthers the students' understanding of "the game" of the scene. Students are given more individual attention and critique regarding character creation, environment and object work, and their own ability to identify, heighten and explore the game of the scene.

This course will allow you to play more assertively and with improved confidence in your scene skills. You will not have to worry about getting out of your head because you will learn to avoid getting into your head in the first place. You will have a greater understanding and appreciation for the necessity, subtleties and nuances of the game of the scene.

You will learn to provide greater detail in your scenes by making specific choices. You will better engage and connect with your scene partners, emotionally and physically. You will heighten your awareness level by improving your listening and fully understanding the context of the scene.
