Kevin Patrick Robbins
Executive and Artistic Director
Kevin is the founder and artistic director of the Impatient Theatre Co. and the developer of the ITC Training Centre's core curriculum. He has been a featured instructor at the Chicago Improv Festival and is a lead instructor at the annual North Carolina Comedy Arts Festival.
His highly effective teaching style comes from his incredibly diverse training. He has studied with masters of the craft from all across North America: Toronto, Chicago and Los Angeles including such luminaries as Alan Arkin and Micheal Gellman (Second City), Mick Napier and Joe Bill (Annoyance Theatre), Bob Dassie, Craig Cackowski and Noah Gregoropolis (i.O. Theatre). He puts this style to use onstage, in class and as a director/coach.
Amalgamating his various training experiences and lessons into a style that is rooted in character, relationship, truthfulness and authenticity, Kevin has developed a training program that encourages the empowerment of improvisers within the context of group improvisation.
Kevin has taught, coached and directed many of Toronto's top improvisers and comedians including Big In Japan and performers on Mantown, PROJECTproject, The Sketchersons, the Second City Touring Company, the Second City main stage, and as a private improv coach for the winner of Second City's Next Comedy Legend.

Annie Bankes
Managing Director
As a native Ajax-ian, Annie grew weary of sunny skies and green pastures, and turned to Toronto in search of smog and traffic delays. She began her improv career quite by accident at The Second City Toronto. After completing Second City's training program, Annie became a student at ITC where she was fortunate enough to study under many great instructors including, but not limited to, artistic director Kevin Patrick Robbins and Alison Hogg.
Annie has also trained with Pat O'Brian, Jason R. Chin and Jeff Griggs (i.O Chicago); as well as Eric Hunicutt (i.O. West, LA), Rich Talarico (SNL, MadTV), Susan Messing (Annoyance Theatre), and i.O Theatre's co-founder and improv guru Charna Halpern.
Annie currently performs weekly with the uproarious femme-fatal team WDWMKR, and is a cast member of ITC's flagship show Munchausen. Outside of improv, Annie is an avid collector of degrees and diplomas, and currently possesses a diploma in Film and Television Production, as well as a Counseling diploma, half a Psych degree, and is working on a degree in Social Work.
